Well, if you're wondering whether or not Sony Pictures' adaptation of the 80s series The Equalizer is any good, we seem to have an answer. While we've only seen a first look photo from the film starring Denzel Washington, The Wrap reports the studio is already planning a sequel to the film with Richard Wenk (The Expendables 2, Mechanic) returning to script the film, though it's not clear if director Antoine Fuqua would return and Washington doesn't have a deal in place yet. This would be Washington's first sequel, and apparently the film has been testing extremely well with early focus group screenings, so Sony wants to make sure they're ready to make a sequel by the time the film hits theaters this fall on September 26th.
Yeah. Bring It!
