'Star Wars' & Batman Mash-Up: Bad Robot Keeps the Game Going

Director Zack Snyder has been having fun on the set of Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice (which just moved up its release to March 25th, 2016), by mashing up his comic book film with the world of Star Wars. First he posted a picture of Henry Cavill wearing the Superman suit, but shrouded in a cloak and wielding a red lightsaber. Then last weekend he used action figures to create a scene on Tatooine with Batman and C-3PO. Well, the folks at Bad Robot decided to keep the game going by throwing up a pretty bad ass image of a familiar golden droid looking like The Caped Crusader, but with a different bat signal.
Here's the image that Bad Robot posted through their official Twitter account:

Again, this is either some awesome, innocent fun, or some brilliant viral marketing to keep two of the biggest films of the next two years in the limelight. Either way, as fans of Star Wars, Batman and Superman, we win by seeing these cool mash-ups of two universes that we'll never see combined on the big screen.

I wish he'd stop doing this shite, and just concentrate all his efforts into not delivering another pile of crap movie to add to his growing list...

I agree, because it takes so much time to take a photo of 2 action figures with an iphone.

Don't think JJ made it himself.

Can't a guy just have a little fun? Right? It must be a weird feeling to have million a holes want to tear your heart from your chest.

JJ makes good movies not excellent. In fact the onley movie he made with a original script sucked and was a goonies rip of. That said:I always would hire him for sequels or prequels because the chance it's bad is very slim. He is far away from a Fincher, Nolan, Cameron level...

To mix things up, specially Star Wars, with any Zack Snyder product is totally unpleasant. Please cut it off.
