Briefly: After the tragic death of Paul Walker, Universal Pictures decided to put a halt on production of Fast & Furious 7. Not only did the delay allow family and friends to mourn the loss of the actor, but it also allowed producers and director James Wan to figure out how to proceed with one of their lead characters not being able to finish the film. Now THR reports Universal is ready to get the film back on track in Atlanta with production picking up again in April with six to eight weeks left of shooting. Remember that Fast & Furious 7 has been pushed backed to a release on April 10th, 2015 to allow enough time for the reworked film to be finished. Supposedly Walker's character will simply be retired, but we'll have to see what happens.

Yeah this is pretty sad. Hopefully the last act doesn't turn out to be a mess.
