The revival of Godzilla from Monsters director Gareth Edwards isn't too far away, and after we featured some spectacular fan artwork for the film from Blurppy, we're back to the official hype machine chugging along with a new TV spot. This one focuses more on the human characters, and the fear and uncertainty of survival we face as the King of Monsters wreaks havoc across the planet. Elizabeth Olsen sounds scared when Aaron Taylor-Johnson isn't sure he's going to come back from whatever mission the military has tasked him with to stop the giant lizard. We really can't wait to see how this remake turns out. Watch below!
Here's the new TV spot for Gareth Edwards' Godzilla from the film's YouTube channel:
And for those who liked this piece from Blurppy's Godzilla artwork reveal, you can buy it soon:
Godzilla, being directed by Gareth Edwards (of Monsters), comes from a screenplay written by Drew Pearce, Max Borenstein and Frank Darabont. The cast is lead by Aaron Taylor-Johnson, with Bryan Cranston, Elizabeth Olsen, David Strathairn, Ken Watanabe and Juliette Binoche. An epic rebirth to Toho's iconic Godzilla, this spectacular adventure pits the most famous monster against malevolent creatures who, bolstered by humanity's scientific arrogance, threaten our very existence. Warner Bros and Legendary Pictures send Godzilla stomping into theaters May 16th, 2014 next summer. Follow: MUTOresearch.net
