Watch: New TV Spot for Frank Miller's 'Sin City: A Dame to Kill For'

Later this week, Dimension Films will show off some of the goods from Sin City: A Dame to Kill for at Comic-Con with a panel in Hall H on July 26th with Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller and actors Jessica Alba, Josh Brolin and Rosario Dawson in attendance. But in the meantime, a new TV spot for the graphic novel follow-up has arrived, and it's basically a very condensed version of what we saw in the full theatrical trailer. The film looks gorgeous, and we can't wait to see what Miller and Rodriguez have done with their return to this seedy, grimy film noir tale. Eva Green really does seem like a dame to kill for.
The TV spot for Frank Miller & Robert Rodriguez's Sin City: A Dame to Kill For (via ComingSoon):
Sin City: A Dame to Kill For is directed by Robert Rodriguez who co-wrote the script with William Monahan (The Departed) and Frank Miller, creator of the graphic novel series and co-director of the first film. Dwight (Josh Brolin) is hunted down by the only woman he ever loved, Ava Lord (Eva Green), and then watches his life go straight to hell. Chronologically, this story takes place prior to "The Big Fat Kill" (seen in the first Sin City) and explains how Dwight came to have a dramatically different face. Jessica Alba, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Mickey Rourke, Juno Temple, Jaime King, Rosario Dawson and many others star in the film being shot in 3D and Dimension Films will send the sequel to theaters on August 22nd this summer. I loved the first film so I can't wait to see it, but am not sure if it's going to be good or it's going to suck. But from the footage they have currently shown, yeah it looks like it has something going for it.

Yep, looks good, can't wait to see this movie! And good to see Dennis Haysbert in there too. I love that guy! Always good to see President Palmer.

I hope this movie is better than the trailer because it's awful.
