"Whoever you are, whatever it is you're doing, you are going to want to witness this." The release of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part I is exactly one month away, and the marketing campaign is heading into overdrive with cross-promotions launching all over the place. We just got an extended TV spot when tickets for the first chapter in the two-part finale went on sale last week, plus there's a new series using YouTube personalities as District Voices for Capitol TV, and now a new TV spot has surfaced from Doritos, the snack brand that wants to be synonymous with a franchise about citizens killing each other due to an overpowered government simply because it has the word "hunger" in the title. Watch TV spot below!
Here's the new TV spot for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part I from Doritos:
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part I is the first movie in the two-part finale of The Hunger Games franchise, based on the books by Suzanne Collins. In this chapter we follow heroine Katniss Everdeen's (Jennifer Lawrence) journey as she leads the districts of Panem in a rebellion against the tyrannical and corrupt Capitol. As the war that will determine the fate of Panem escalates, Katniss must decipher for herself who she can trust and what needs to be done, with everything she cares for in the balance. Francis Lawrence directs the adaptation written by Danny Strong and Lionsgate releases the film November 21st.
