Watch: Rogen & Franco Head to North Korea in 'The Interview' Trailer

"It's the two best friends, staring each other in the eyes, they knew that this might be the end of that long road…" Columbia has finally debuted a teaser trailer (after the poster) for Seth Rogen & Evan Goldberg's new comedy, The Interview starring Seth Rogen & James Franco as pals and colleagues. Franco plays a talk show host, and Rogen his producer, who head to North Korea to interview Kim Jong-Un and in the process they're drafted to take him out. This trailer looks much better than I was expecting, with so much crazy shit. I'm looking forward to this quite a bit, it's likely going to be a hit once everyone gets a look at it.

The Interview is written and directed by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg (of This is the End previously, and the co-writers of Superbad, The Green Hornet, Pineapple Express), with a story the duo wrote with "The Daily Show" scribe Dan Sterling. In the comedy, James Franco plays a handsome talk show host of "Skylark Tonight" who finds himself and his producer (Rogen) into a dangerous CIA organized plot to assassinate the leader of North Korea under the guise of a television interview. Columbia Pictures will be releasing Rogen & Goldberg's new comedy The Interview starting October 14th this year. This looks great. Your thoughts?

These guys are great. I hope it is as raunchy as hell. When will we get a Rogen+Ferrell vehicle? It is only a matter of time.

Seth R is a smart dude. Milking his current fame and keep making these raunchy comedies. Love it. This is the end was hilarious!!

This film looks like a lot of fun and the story sounds pretty original. I'm up for it. Though I am kind of bored with the Rogen/Franco bromance. It is a tired gag between them.
