Arnold Gets Blown Away on 'Terminator: Genisys' Motion Poster
We already know that Arnold Schwarzenegger will be back for more sequels after Terminator: Genisys, though that doesn't mean necessarily mean the aged iteration of the T-800 we see in this new trilogy reboot won't get destroyed (we doubt he will though). But he'll still probably suffer some damage, and a new motion poster from across the pond illustrates that in a cool way as the aged Schwarzenegger skin that covers the robotic exoskeleton of the Terminators is blown away to reveal the metallic cyborg we all know. It's a pretty cool little poster, but after seeing the full trailer, I'm still concerned about this one. Look!
Here's the new motion poster for Terminator: Genisys from Paramount Pictures UK:
You can still watch the first full trailer for Terminator: Genisys right here.
Terminator: Genisys is directed by Alan Taylor ("Game of Thrones," Thor: The Dark World) and written by Laeta Kalogridis (Avatar, Shutter Island) and Patrick Lussier (Drive Angry). Emilia Clarke, Jason Clarke, Jai Courtney, J.K. Simmons, Byung-hun Lee and Matt Smith all star in the film that takes a completely different approach to the Terminator timeline, finding Sarah Connor orphaned and being raised and trained by an aging T-800 Terminator (Arnold Schwarzenegger) as Kyle Reese (Courtney) is sent back in time from the future again on a new mission. Paramount Pictures & Skydance release the film this summer July 1st.

This movie feels so bad and has disaster in front of it! Why? Nobody wants to see Arnold anymore and certainly not as a aging?????????? robot! They should have gone further with the storylines after T4, now it's become a complete mess off alternate universes..

No shadow behind his right arm on his jacket makes his arm feel so disproportionate and separated.

The whole idea of 'resetting' the timeline is so lame and just cheap. On top, the casting looks laughable. Clarke as Conner with cliche 90s scar. I really dont mind Arnold. But I just had a bad feeling about this one....

It'd be pretty cool if in the near future we have actual posters that were...playable/watchable. Like have the posters encased in glass, and the glass was some form of video player than allowed people to see something like this. So from a distance (like on the walls of movie theaters) they look like posters. But if you get close to them and touch them, you can see the posters come to life. Maybe that's just me.

I think we aren't far from that, it'll definitely happen in the next few years

Even with all the After Effects plugins, it still was weird. The guys probably got paid about $10 to make it though, so fair enough.
