'Jurassic World' Director Colin Trevorrow Will Read 'Book of Henry'
Earlier this month, Jurassic World director Colin Trevorrow landed a new project at DreamWorks with Intelligent Life, an original sci-fi project that was birthed out of a previously developed concept known as The Ambassador. However, it sounds like that won't be the director's next immediate project as Deadline reports Sidney Kimmel Entertainment has hired Trevorrow to be at the helm of Book of Henry, an original screenplay written by novelist Gregg Hurwitz. Unfortunately, no plot details are available at this time, but the project is hoping to start production in New York in this fall and Trevorrow is pretty excited.
The script seems to have been kicking around Hollywood for years as Trevorrow says, "Book Of Henry is a remarkable piece of screenwriting that has stuck with me for years. I feel very fortunate to be able to tell this story. It is a true original." As of now, we don't even know what genre the film will be. But the story must be juicy coming from Hurwitz, a New York Times bestselling author who has written 14 novels, one of which is Orphan X, which is slated to become a feature film produced by and hopefully starring Bradley Cooper. Stay tuned for anymore details on this developing project.

His line-up right now reminds me a lot of Josh Kasinski pre-TRON LEGACY. It is still way too early to know if this guy has what it takes to make a good action movie.
