How to Make Love Like an Englishman Trailer

"My life had completely changed - I had a wife, a baby, and a pretty good view. And then, everything went pear-shaped." A trailer has arrived for the romantic comedy How to Make Love Like an Englishman, starring Pierce Brosnan as "that" Englishman. Yep, he's still playing the super sexy guy. This film actually seems like the total opposite of Judd Apatow's Trainwreck - a still-a-bachelor, older studly guy must finally settle down when he has a baby with Jessica Alba, but then everything goes "pear-shaped" as he says. Plus - toss Salma Hayek in the mix. Warning - this is laugh-out-loud cheesy, especially the final line. Have fun!

Here's the new trailer for Tom Vaughan's How to Make Love Like an Englishman, found on YouTube:

A drama about a Cambridge poetry professor who begins to re-evaluate his life of Byronic excess. Starring Jessica Alba, Salma Hayek, Pierce Brosnan, Brandi Burkhardt, Malcolm McDowell and Ben McKenzie. How to Make Love Like an Englishman is directed by Scottish filmmaker Tom Vaughan, of Extraordinary Measures, What Happens in Vegas and Starter for 10 previously. The screenplay was written by newcomer Matthew Newman. The film premiered at AFM last year, but still hasn't found a US distributor. It will be released in Europe later this year, and in the UK this September. Stay tuned for release updates. Interested?

Thanks for showing the entire movie. Most likely all the major laughs were also shown.. and the "can't we all get along" joke is soooo lame Regardless, and I have no choice on this matter, anything Salma is instant watch..

Yea, I must say I'm interested in this one. I've always really liked Brosnan...especially in his non-Bond movies. I actually laughed out loud a few times watching this trailer...very unusual indeed for me...lol...

The funnies thing about this trailer was Alba trying to play a college student.

not sure if it will win the coveted honor of being named "worst trailer of the year" yet, but it sure is sprinting head first towards it. 3 things: 1. Jessica Alba is a multi multi millionaire entrepreneur now, why the hell would she make this??? 2. is that the house that they used in Greenberg? 3. if you're only going to shell out money to license library music for your trailer, sell some s*** on ebay and pay the extra grand to get something from a good MX house. Or save all your money and make something in garageband (still will sound better than this)

Brosnan and Hayek are watchable and can be fun, but Alba is atrocious in her acting ... So, she gives me an dilemma whether I should even try to think of watching it ...

Actually I think this movie looks pretty good, but Am I the only one who thinks they made odd casting choices resulting in Alba's character (with a typical american accent) having a sister with a slight but distinct Mexican accent? Don't misread this as any slight on Salma Hayak. Her english is nigh-on perfect but it's really hard to drop every trace of your childhood language. I suppose they could have a back story where their parents divorced and one grew up in the US and one in Mexico, but still.
