Watch: Creepy Trailer for James Wan Produced Horror 'Demonic'

There was supposed to be a James Wan produced horror film called Demonic hitting theaters last year, but The Weinstein Company and Dimension Films pulled the release meant for late 2014 for some reason. There's no indication of when exactly the film might arrive now, but the first trailer for the haunted house horror flick featuring Frank Grillo and Maria Bello has debuted. Honestly, even though this film was shelved, it doesn't look half bad. And by the way, that house looks eerily similar to the house used as the main setting in The Conjuring, which Wan directed. Coincidence? Or… just similar houses? Take a look!

Here's the first trailer for Will Canon's Demonic direct from YouTube (via Collider):

Demonic is directed by Will Canon from a script he wrote with Doug Simon and Max La Bella. A police officer (Frank Grillo) and a psychologist (Maria Bello) investigate the deaths of five college students who were brutally killed while trying to summon ghosts in an abandoned house. The cast also includes Cody Horn, Dustin Milligan, Megan Park, Scott Mechlowicz and Aaron Yoo. The Weinstein Company and Dimension Films originally planned a 2014 release, but now the film is presumed to arrive in 2015. Well?

I'd go with the 5D Mark III....bigger light sensor, bigger frame, clearer picture....

OK, creepy, but not much new stuff. A bit overcrowded with scares. I liked the It Follows trailer better, was a bit more subtle...
