Every secret will be revealed. Paramount Pictures has revealed the first official trailer for Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension, supposedly the final feature in the Paranormal Activity franchise. Or at least the marketing is billing it as such: "Experience Paranormal Activity in a way you never have before as the series comes to a shocking end." That "way you never have before" means in 3D, since that's the extra "dimension" per the title. They even hid spooky ghosts in the 3D parts of the trailer, but since this is just viewable in 2D online it doesn't work as well. Take a look at the next entry in the Paranormal horror series.
Here's the first trailer for Gregory Plotkin's Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension on YouTube:
Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension is directed by Gregory Plotkin (an editor on the Paranormal series making his feature directing debut), from a screenplay by Gavin Heffernan & Adam Robitel, produced by Jason Blum. It is technically Paranormal Activity 5, following Paranormal Activity 4 in 2012 and the spin-off Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones. "Experience Paranormal Activity in a way you never have before as the series comes to a shocking end." The cast includes Nathan Brewer and Jay Hieron. Paramount Pictures will debut Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension in theaters starting October 23rd this fall.

I enjoy them too! Which is why I'm glad I don't listen to others who haven't even seen them. If anything who doesn't want to see Katie Featherston?? But I do wanna get the answers about Toby and all too.

Yesterday I did see the new poltergeist movie, it wasn't that bad(great effects) but certainly not scary . So this will automatically be scarier I think! Watch dark matter on syfy, it's the best tv show since a decade on syfy....

Kind of scary, but a bit too much on the CGI...

Oh brother! This is not going to be good. Clearly, being marketed to those groomed on these lazy jump scare sequels.

100% agree. I counted 5 jump scares before I shut the trailer down and downed my blood pressure meds. Insidious 3 was the same. I hope dread and atmosphere make a comeback in mainstream horror films instead of jump scares.

I wonder how much the producer of these make....he seems to have to have the "found footage" game on lock

Boring and stupid, just like the other 5 movies. These movies suck ass.

Yes, I always see every sequel of something I didn't like the first time... Now that's stupid.
