Mad Max: Fury Road

We now have two weeks until Mad Max: Fury Road hits theaters, and just after one final trailer for the big chase blockbuster arrived earlier this week, the first featurette taking us behind the scenes of the bonkers flick has arrived. The action in the trailers promises some mind-blowing stunts, and this featurette shows director George Miller on the desert set, with moving vehicles and all, showing just how berserk this film is going to be. Tom Hardy, Charlize Theron and more also offer their thoughts on Miller as a director and hype the film's wonderful chaos. The more I see, the more excited I get to see this flick. Watch!

Here's the first featurette for George Miller's Mad Max: Fury Road from Warner Bros. Pictures:

Mad Max: Fury Road

You can still watch the final trailer for Mad Max: Fury Road right here.

Mad Max: Fury Road is a reboot of the adventure franchise that began with Mad Max in 1979, starring Mel Gibson. George Miller, the director of the original film and its sequel, is back behind the camera, working from a script he co-wrote with first-time writer Nick Lathouris. Within this world of fire and blood exist two rebels on the run who just might be able to restore order. There’s Max (Tom Hardy) a man of action and a man of few words, who seeks peace of mind following the loss of his wife and child in the aftermath of the chaos. Meanwhile, Furiosa (Charlize Theron) is a woman of action who believes her path to survival may be achieved if she can make it across the desert back to her childhood homeland. Nicholas Hoult, Zoe Kravitz, Riley Keough and more star in the film Warner Bros. Pictures releases this summer on May 15th. Ready?

The amount of footage and trailers..I feel like I've already half of the movie. Ready for it!! Hopefully I will make me forgive Miller for Thunderdome. 🙂

Unfortunately yes it is. Damn shame there's no Mel Gibson. I'm going to pass. Looks a bit out dated and 10 years too late.
