Watch: Sean Combs & Byung-Hun Lee in 'Rush Hour 4: Face/Off 2'

If you're one of those action fans who has been waiting for a sequel to Face/Off or another installment in the Rush Hour franchise, what if we told you that it was possible to kill those two birds with one stone? Sean Combs (aka Diddy, P. Diddy, Puff Daddy, Honey Combs) and Byung-Hun Lee (RED 2, Terminator: Genisys) have teamed up for the ultimate blockbuster sequel: Rush Hour 4: Face/Off 2. If you've been in Los Angeles, you might have seen a billboard for this project around town, and now it's finally arrived. This is such a weird idea, and I honestly can't believe it even exists. Hollywood is desperate.
Here's the trailer for Rush Hour 4: Face/Off 2 from Funny or Die:
All right, in case you haven't figured this out, this is clearly just a sketch from Funny or Die. It's a long way to go to make some jokes about Rush Hour and Face/Off, but it's still pretty amusing. However, I can't help but think this would have been that much funnier if Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan actually reprised their roles for this sketch. There have been real rumblings of a Rush Hour 4 before, but it doesn't sound like those plans are solidifying. There's a TV series adaptation in the works at CBS, which probably means any hope for a new film in the franchise is gone, but it could always be rebooted for the big screen at some point.

I'd watch RH4, but a TV series would need to match Tucker and Chan. Which you could do for Chan maybe, but Chris Tucker, for better or worse, is one of a kind I think...

That was funny, Good job gentlemen. Now if we could only get Chris Tucker's ass to do Last Friday it'll all be good!

Looks better than all the various prequels (even as a joke). Still crossing my fingers for a Firefly/Star Wars crossover!
