Pee-wee's Big Holiday Trailer

"Didn't you ever wonder what life is like outside Fairville?" "Nope. You know I don't want to go anywhere, or try anything new!" Netflix has debuted the first trailer for the return of Pee-wee Herman, played by Paul Reubens, titled Pee-wee's Big Holiday. This is the first real Pee-wee movie since Big Top Pee-wee in 1988 and Pee-wee's Big Adventure in 1985, so this has been a long time in the making. In this new movie, Pee-wee decides to leave his home town and go on adventure in search of actor Joe Manganiello (seen in Magic Mike XXL, What to Expect When You're Expecting), who shows up to get a milkshake at the start. This looks like it should be quite fun, especially if you're a fan of Pee-wee that has been awaiting his return.

Here's the first official trailer for John Lee's Pee-wee's Big Holiday, direct from Netflix's YouTube:

In Pee-wee's Big Holiday, a fateful meeting with a mysterious stranger inspires Pee-wee Herman to take his first-ever holiday in this epic story of friendship and destiny. The new film stars Pee-wee Herman (aka Paul Reubens), Joe Manganiello ("True Blood", Magic Mike XXL), Jessica Pohly ("Stalker"), Alia Shawkat ("Arrested Development") and Stephanie Beatriz ("Brooklyn Nine-Nine"), and was directed by John Lee (of lots of TV work including "Wonder Showzen" and "Broad City"). Paul Reubens and Paul Rust (Love, "Arrested Development") wrote the screenplay, that was produced by Reubens and Judd Apatow. The film will first premiere at the SXSW Film Festival next month. Netflix will then debut Pee-wee’s Big Holiday on Netflix starting March 18th for those interested. Head over to Netflix for more info on this film. Anyone?

It's been a while since I've seen him, but wow, looks like he hasn't aged a day. Movie looks like it could be entertaining too, I'll probably check it out.

He's an odd one for sure. Some funny folks in there.

What I like the most about Netflix is the fact I can change my Netflix region and thereby get access to much more content to stream
