Rogue One Trailer

"Take hold of this moment… The Force is strong." Disney + Lucasfilm have debuted one more brand new international trailer, similar to the most recent third trailer, for Gareth Edwards' solo movie Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. This features extra bits and pieces of footage in addition to what was shown in the third trailer, including a few new shots of Vader and more at the start. There's even a shot that makes me seem there's some romance between Jyn Erso and Cassian Andor (Diego Luna's character). Starring Felicity Jones as Jyn Erso, plus Mads Mikkelsen, Donnie Yen, Ben Mendelsohn, Forest Whitaker, Diego Luna, Jonathan Aris, Riz Ahmed & Alan Tudyk. Only one month left to go until this opens in theaters.

Here's international trailer #2 for Gareth Edwards' Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, from YouTube:

And here's another slightly different international trailer #3 for Rogue One, also found on YouTube:

You can watch the first teaser trailer for Rogue One here, plus the second trailer + the third trailer here.

"Rogue One takes place before the events of Star Wars: A New Hope and will be a departure from the saga films but have elements that are familiar to the Star Wars universe," says Kathleen Kennedy. Rogue One tells the story of resistance fighters who have united to steal plans to the dreaded Death Star. It's being directed by English filmmaker Gareth Edwards, of the movies Monsters and Godzilla previously. The screenplay is credited to Chris Weitz (About a Boy, The Golden Compass, Cinderella) based on a story by John Knoll and Gary Whitta. Disney will release Gareth Edwards' Rogue One: A Star Wars Story in theaters everywhere starting December 16th, 2016 this year. For more Star Wars news, click here. Are you ready?

DAVIDPD on Nov 10, 2016

Yeah it seems they put a major spoiler in the freaking trailer!! I was like noooooooo

Sascha Dikiciyan on Nov 11, 2016

Those rebellions. Just won't stop doing those rebellious things. And all they produce are films. With English still being universal language in the space, I am mildly excited for this...

Life is an eternal fight.

tarek on Nov 10, 2016

That it is. As always, we lose some, we win some... But those rebellions, man, they are relentless ...

shiboleth on Nov 11, 2016

Hopefully they will find in the sequels some original ideas and stop bringing the old stuff ( Vader, Death Star, Luke, Leia, etc.).

tarek on Nov 11, 2016

Judging from this trailers, that's not gonna happen so soon. But, maybe next decade will bring some freshness. And I hope you don't mind me being a bit blunt about this ...

shiboleth on Nov 11, 2016

With disney on board, I'm afraid you're right. Play it safe is their motto.

tarek on Nov 11, 2016

As long as dialogues will not be as coarse as sand, it will be safe to say that this movie will be a hit.

tarek on Nov 10, 2016

Dialog will always be...not great. Its just part of what SW is. Even Empire (which is love to death) has some wack ass lines. I suppose the prequels were worse because Lucas also wrote the screenplay. My only critic from the trailer is that Im not sold on the lead. Her lines sound pretty lame IMO. Still. looks miles better than the crap fest that was EP7.

Sascha Dikiciyan on Nov 11, 2016

Self glorified critic and a dick. Why isn't your dumb ass writing it if you're obviously so much more qualified? Cause you're a loser who sits home and complains about the hard work and success of other people.

CyraNOSE on Nov 13, 2016

Yes. I am sitting in my million dollar home in LA, Yes. I drive a i8, yes, I moved to LA in 1993 with nothing, yes I know what it's like to work hard and yes, I am a dick. Obviously my life is better than yours so yeah I can be a glorified critic because I love and care about movies. So cheers to Sunday and go fuck yourself, fuck muppet. 😉

Sascha Dikiciyan on Nov 13, 2016

BTW looking at your sad little comments its obvious that you are just as much of a critic dick as I am. So why dont you hush hush in your little corner. Yeah, now sit.

Sascha Dikiciyan on Nov 13, 2016

Whoa. Calm down! No more fighting you two. Everyone has an opinion, that's that. Let it be...
