Sleepy Skunk's Movie Trailer Mashup

"For the first time in my life… I feel close to something." It's time for another look back at all the movies of 2016. Our longtime friend the "Sleepy Skunk" has revealed his annual end-of-the-year recap video - the 2016 Movie Trailer Mashup - featuring footage from all the different movie trailers released throughout 2016 (including a few 2017 movies) edited together to good music. We already posted another mashup video for 2016, as it's that time of year when all of them start to arrive. This one has been in the works for a while, and it shows, as the editing and music make it an entertaining and inspiring experience. Fire this up below!

Direct from SleepySkunk's YouTube - where he adds: "Happy Holidays moviebuffs!" For the full list of films (with timestamps) featured in this trailer mashup, head to this Tumblr post. As usual with these year-end retrospective mashups, there's probably a few moments you might not recognize or some you do and want to rewatch, which is why these are so much fun to see. For previous Sleepy Skunk retrospectives, watch them here: 2015, 2014, 2013 and 2012. I'm always baffled by how fast time flies every year, but it's nice to look back at all the movies and moments that were an important part of this year. So what do you make of 2016?

That was a good one. Good music. Good editing. That Matrix music always works for montages.

Suicide Squad was so badly written, it made BvS look like a masterpiece.
