I'm happy to see clips in this from Petite Maman, Turning Red, Marcel the Shell, Close, The Sea Beast, Belle, and Athena, among others. Though it has such a dark start this year! I'm always delighted to see clips from so many foreign films and indies and all the movies that have been forgotten, because they're still 2021 movies no matter what and there's always more to discover. We've been posting "SleepySkunk's" movie trailer mashups for the last decade, ever since 2012 and every year since then right up to 2019 (watch his year in review video here). This extensive video recap is a thrilling look at so many movies, and I'm glad he lists the name & year for each one. "SANTA! OH MY GOD! SANTA’S COMING! I KNOW HIM!" Merry Christmas! In honor of the holiday, we're posting this fun Christmas Movie mashup made by our editor friend Sleepy Skunk. It features footage and clips and some of the best moments from all of your Christmas favorites, including It's a Wonderful Life, Polar Express, The Santa Clause, Miracle on 34th Street, Love Actually, Home Alone, A Christmas Carol and a few others. There's even a few clips from Mike Dougherty's Krampus, released this year; though there isn't anything from Die Hard. What! I still count that one as a Christmas movie. Watch below, and enjoy it.

It seems like these videos start arriving earlier every year, but this one is arriving just one day before 2013's retrospective arrived. Anyway, it's our standard look back at the year in film that was 2014 which includes blockbusters like Captain America: The Winter Soldier, indies like The Guest, big comedies like 22 Jump Street, animated hits like The LEGO Movie and dramas like Unbroken. "Shut up, crime!" Similar to those fantastic year-end cinematic recaps, our friends at an upstart film website named The Sleepy Skunk have put together an awesome mashup video called: Movies That Come to the Rescue. This nearly five-minute YouTube mashup features footage from every last superhero, super-anything, comic book-everything from Blade to every Batman to Watchmen to Spidey to TMNT to Kick-Ass to Ultraman to The Shadow and The Incredibles. With Marvel's The Avengers finally released to everyone in the world this week, it's a perfect salute to the excitement and emotion of all superheroes big and small.
